To recover your forgotten username or password, start by opening the Momentum application and tap on the word "Forgot?"

Choose either the email option or phone option at the top of the screen.
(Please note: You will want to choose the option with which you created the account     

After you have entered your email or phone number, tap "Next".
  

Depending on the option you chose, a verification code and your username will be sent to your phone as a text  message or to your email.

If you wish to reset your password, type the verification code into the appropriate line. 

Next type in the new password and click next.

Your password will reset automatically and the login page will appear with your username and new password already entered.
