1. To begin, open the Momentum application.

2. Next select the profile image icon in the upper left hand corner of the screen.

3. Once you tap the icon a menu with an "Account" option will appear.

4. After selecting  "Account" you will want to choose "Change (Modify) Password.

5. You will then be asked to enter your old password and the new password you wish to change it to.
