Am I able to retrieve my videos if I misplace my SD card?
No, videos are not retrievable if the SD card is misplaced. SD card recordings are only saved onto the SD card and not on the Cloud service.

Alert messages will not be automatically deleted after they have been read. The alerts are saved on the application for 90 days and cannot be erased manuall...
